Initpro – a service for the fiscalization of payments in accordance with 54-FZ with the ability to use both cloud and stationary cash desks, as well as purchase a single cash desk for an online store and point of sale.
Below is the procedure for connecting the cash register and setting up the fiscalization of payments.
| 1 | Enter into an agreement with the fiscal data operator. According to the law, this must be done even before registering the cash desk with the Federal Tax Service. To conclude an agreement with Initpro OFD, you just need register in your personal account and accept terms of the offer agreement. If you already have an OFD personal account, skip this step. At this step, you can right away configure automatic addition of your cash registers to the personal account of the OFD. |
| 2 | Register a personal account with Initpro and enter the details of your organization. |
| 3 | Pay the bill to the online cashier. You can review the prices and tariffs atour website. |
| 4 | Register the cash register in the Federal Tax Service and in personal account of Initpro. During the registration of the cash register in your personal account, you will be provided with all the necessary data for registering the cash register with the Federal Tax Service – follow the instructions in the step-by-step registration form. To register a cash desk through the FTS website, you will need an EDS. If you don't have it, you can order it from us or submit a paper application for registering the cash register with the tax service. |
| 5 | Set up integration of your online store with the cash register in the personal account of Initpro. The parameters of integration with the online store (Login, Password and GroupCode) will be generated. You will need them in the next step. |
| 6 | Configure the connection in the personal account of the Sberbank payment gateway. |
| 7 | Only for users of Initpro OFD: activate a free plan for the cash register in the personal account of the Initpro OFD. You can find the free OFD activation code in cash register profile in the personal account of Initpro. |
| 1 | If you have not yet concluded an agreement for connecting to Internet acquiring, submit an application on the website www.sberbank.ru. |
| 2 | To transfer order data, you need to configure the store integration with payment gateway: You don't need integration setup if:

| 3 | You can test the store in a test environment. Fiscalization settings are set by technical support upon request to support@ecom.sberbank.ru. At this stage, you do not need to configure the fiscalization parameters yourself. |
