Payment gateway connection procedure

To start accepting payments, follow these steps.

See the overview of the Internet Acquiring Service.
Select the appropriate connection method.
Make sure you have received test data:
- a login with the «-operator» suffix and password for it – to work in the personal account;
- login with the «–api» suffix and password for it for interaction with the payment gateway. It can be used for using the programming interface (API) or for specifying in CMS plugin settings).
Depending on the selected connection option, complete the necessary steps to set up payment acceptance.
Test the configuration with test cards:
- make several successful and unsuccessful payments;
- compare the status of the payment on the page after payment with the status in your personal account;
- try cancelling a payment (reversal or refund).
Make sure that your Online Store's website/app meet the bank requirements.
After successful testing, contact your supervising manager or the support service at support@ecom.sberbank.ru to receive production logins and passwords.

Passwords provided for both logins in production environment must be changed in the personal account (available here).

Change the test credentials to production credentials and start accepting payments ^*.

Differences between test and production environments

Test cards are used for payment operations.	Real cards are used for payment operations.
Fiscal receipts cannot be sent.

Switching to production mode

After switching to production mode, do the following:

Change passwords for «-api» and «-operator» users.

Password for each login must be changed.

Open this link in your browser. Enter the «-operator» login and the received one-time password. Click on the Sign in button. Change the password.	Open this link in your browser. If you are using a ready-made payment solution for your CMS (payment plugin), then you need to switch the request routing from the test environment to the production environment in its settings.
If you are using API integration, you need to change the server address for requests from https://3dsec.sberbank.ru to https://securepayments.sberbank.ru.
