Biznes.Ru Online-Checks allows an online store to connect its own online cash register to the site for sending electronic cash receipts to customers. To connect an online cash register, you do not need to modify the website of the online store, but simply expand the current integration within the framework of Internet acquiring from Sberbank (in addition, in the authorization request, transfer the data of the shopping cart). Supported stationary ,standalone andcourier versions of POS equipment.

The service is intended for entrepreneurs who:

• accept electronic payments on the website of an online store or online service;
• plan to open an online store, are going to accept electronic payments for goods or services on the site;
• stopped accepting payments on the site in order to find a solution that meets the requirements of 54-FZ.

How it works:

1. order data is transferred from the online store to Sberbank as part of an authorization request (in the form of additional fields that contain information about the shopping cart);
2. Sberbank makes an online payment and passes to Business.Ru Online Receipts the data necessary to generate a check;
3. Business.Ru Online Receipts transfers data to cash registers;
4. Cash register equipment generates a receipt and sends the data to the OFD and the buyer.

You can use the same online cash register to generate regular and electronic receipts (for regular and online stores). In this case, Business.Ru Online Receipts runs in the background on the cashier's computer, while the cashier is working with a retail program (1C:Retail, Business.Ru Cash Register, etc.).

If the cash register is only needed for an online store, a special offline online checkout is used that does not need maintenance: the checkout needs to be connected only to the Internet in order for it to start accepting data from the service.

If you are not yet using Internet acquiring from Sberbank, before registering in your personal account of Business.Ru, submit an application for connecting to Internet acquiring on the website www.sberbank.ru and also get a qualified electronic signature. You will need this signature to register cash registers in the personal account of the Federal Tax Service.
