Obtaining a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)

Qualified Electronic Signature – enhanced electronic digital signature. A qualified electronic signature is used when registering in the ATOL personal account, as well as for signing data when submitting an application for registration with the Federal Tax Service. To obtain a QES, you must contact the Certification Centers. Most CAs provide the ability to submit an application through the form on the website. The list of required documents is also available on the CA websites and depends on various parameters. We recommend using a certification center OFD platform (external ink).
